2. Agency Services
Mediofia provides digital marketing, web development, and AI automation services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Proposal for each client project.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in a client contract:
- Client Ownership: You own the final deliverables (website code, graphics) upon full payment.
- Agency Rights: We retain the right to use the work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
- Pre-existing Code: Any pre-existing libraries or AI agents used remain the property of Mediofia.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Mediofia, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
